In the vibrant tapestry of Chicagoland, our commitment to community engagement drives us to sponsor events and collaborate with partners, enabling us to connect with diverse audiences that may otherwise be out of reach. Our approach is strategic, aiming to not only engage riders and community members but also to convey our mission, values, and ways to connect.
At these events, we go beyond the surface, seeking meaningful connections with attendees. Our recent free raffle was more than just a chance to win a prize; it was an opportunity for participants to share their information with us. While we admit it's a method to collect data, the joy on the faces of kids entering their parent's names into the drawing made it all worthwhile. Our focus revolves around the youth and the future of our great nation, America.
After the festivities, our work continues as we process the contacts made during the events. For instance, participants in the free raffle are entered into our database through the WOSMA ENTRY FORM. A follow-up text message ensures their status as motorcycle riders and offers an easy opt-out option with a simple reply, "STOP." We understand the importance of respectful communication and seek to provide information that goes beyond event participation.
Our overarching goal is to benefit the community, with a primary focus on connecting with motorcycle riders and funders. Our mission includes growing a national motorcyclist association, supporting youth in pursuing post-secondary education or their chosen careers through the Ride for CHANGE Ride for HOPE™ Foundation, and establishing the groundbreaking World of Soul® Motorcycle Community Center for Youth Development.
